November Bunko

Finally posting November Bunko - I stole this from my own post so here it is in my own words. It was such a fun Night!

Yes, I am one of those crazy ladies that has to go to the midnight showing o f New Moon. I am so thankful to have crazy friends just like me to enjoy it with! This time was especially fun because we also have Bunko on Thursdays so it worked out perfectly to combined the two events.
Jo was our host this month and went all out. Seriously, I was in love with the whole evening and everything she did.
Everything was covered, from Vampires....
.....to werewolves.
We even got Twilight lotion. Way to host a party Jo!
We played a fun round of Bunko and then headed over to the theatre to wait in line. We stopped at the Maverick on the way to get some supplies and Hot Chocolate because it was cold (yes, you heard me. It was cold here that night in st. george.)Lucky we didn't have to wait to long in line and got great seats.
As we were anxiously awaiting the arrival of New Moon, the theatre employees came out to welcome us and throw shirts and hats out into the crowd. Brooke won this New Moon hat that we all wanted to steal from her. I love this picture of her too! She is such a riot!
We all LOVED the show! I thought they did a great job on it considering the movies are never as good as the books. I have always been a Team Edward gal (and still am) but after seeing Jacob Black, I found myself liking Jacob more than I ever did. :) Jocelyn, Tasha, Suzanne and I had the best time watching the werewolves. I think Jocelyn enjoyed it more than the rest of us but made it so entertaining to sit by!
The best part of the night? (other than the werewolves of course!) was our cute little Wendy sitting on her booster chair! What a Fun, Fun, Fun night! I can hardly wait for Eclipse!

December Bunko

Ok Jo... twilight bunko was so fun. Not only was dinner great but it came complete with tons of caffeine and half naked (underage but who cares) men!!! I don't think I'll be able to top that... but we'll see. That being said... December Bunko will be on Dec. 3rd. I know this is really soon but the month of Dec gets a little crazy toward the middle and of course the end is completely out. I hope this day works for everyone. see you at the clubhouse... jocelyn

September Bunko

Bunko was a blast this month! Jamie was our hostess and made a wonderful girls night out. We had Tostada Salads, Chips, Salsa and Guacamole. It was delish! She even made us caramel apples for dessert and Bath Salts for the handouts. The winners received Gift Cards to the Mall. What a great Bunko night to kick off the fall season. Thanks to all of our wonderful subs for coming this month too.

August Bunko

Bunko last month was awesome! I had the best time playing hostess this month and was excited to have the gals over. We had a Luau In my backyard with Tiki Torches and treats. For the dinner we had a Hawaiian feast complete with Kalua Pork, Rice, Pani po po rolls, mango salsa, and pineapple. I didn't get a chance to snap a picture of the food and the backyard, so just imagine it!
For the prizes, Wendy, Jo and Suzanne won Home Decore from Krumpets. Amber won the travelers, which was my favorite.....a coconut bra and grass skirt I had from Hawaii. It was also Brooke's Birthday so we celebrated with cupcakes and a gift card to Tai Pan. What a fun night!
